Genuine quartz crystals are hand wrapped in 14k gold or sterling silver wire and hung on a delicate chain. The chain and stones are suspended from the top of a hand shaped teardrop earring made of your choice of sterling silver or gold fill. The teardrop measures approximately 2 inches. Can be made larger or smaller upon request.
*Please note that all crystals are natural and no two are identical in size/ shape. I do my best to find a good match, but there will be slight differences.
All items are gift wrapped and shipped without an invoice unless otherwise requested. Please let me know if you would like me to enclose a small card with a message and I will happily do so free of charge! All jewelry is handmade and I guarantee the workmanship and quality of all my products for one year. I use high quality stones and sterling silver or gold filled wire. I guarantee against any tarnishing or breakage for one year. However, if you should encounter such problems within that timeframe, I will gladly replace or repair your item free of charge. Please see my terms and conditions for information on how to request a replacement or repair.
**I highly suggest purchasing insurance for $1 when placing your order, as with the changes made to the USPS policies, without insurance, if your package becomes lost, no action/claim can be made and I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can add insurance at checkout from the drop box for shipping upgrades.**
RETURNS:
I will offer a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping upgrades that were made on your original order) on all non-custom items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition, and you must email me within 3 days of receiving the item with return request and invoice number prior to sending the item back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What is Gold Fill?
All chains, clasps and finding used in my jewelry are made of sterling silver or gold fill. 14k gold fill is a beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold as it is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto base metal with heat and pressure that contains 100+ times more gold than gold plated. It is extremely durable, won't chip or flake, is tarnish resistant, and is a great alternative to expensive solid gold jewelry. It looks great and with proper care, it will last for over 10 years. Gold fill jewelry can also be worn by people with sensitive skin.
All gold fill and sterling items are guaranteed for 1 year and will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
*A few pendants are gold or silver plated and cannot be guaranteed.
Care instructions
All sterling silver and gold fill items can be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth or a standard liquid jewelry cleaner. Oxidation is natural and can be easily removed with either method without any harm to the product.
There are a few charms or pendants that are silver or gold plated and should not be cleaned this way to avoid removal of the delicate plating. Any plated items are clearly stated in the description. Please message me if you have any questions regarding the finish of your items so I can inform you of the best method.
